Indictments charging defendant with theft, receiving stolen property and conspiracy. Before BUCHER, J. Verdict of guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1378, Oct. T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas of Lancaster County, Nos. 849, 851, and 852 of 1976. Argued December 8, 1977.
