Indictment charging defendant with disorderly conduct and obstructing the administration of law or other governmental functions. Before GATES, P.J., specially presiding, without a jury. Defendant found guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1234, Oct. T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas of Chester County, No. 34676. Argued September 14, 1977.
