Indictment charging defendant with unlawful sale and possession of narcotic drugs. Before KALISH, J., without a jury. Appeal, No. 112, Oct. T., 1974, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Jan. T., 1973, Nos. 1576 and 1577. Argued March 18, 1974.
