Indictments charging defendant with robbery and theft of movable property. Before MacDONALD, P.J. Verdict of guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 216, April T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Cambria County, Dec. T., 1974, Nos. C-113 and C-114. Argued April 14, 1976.
