Indictment charging defendant with burglary, larceny, conspiracy, and receiving stolen goods. Before LOWE, J. Appeal, No. 1428, Oct. T., 1970, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, Nov. T., 1968, No. 288. Argued: December 8, 1970.
