Indictments charging defendant with robbery, criminal conspiracy to commit robbery, theft by unlawful taking, criminal conspiracy to commit theft, and corruption of minors. Before ACKER, J. Defendant found not guilty of criminal conspiracy to commit robbery and corruption of minors and guilty of remaining charges and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 649, April T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas of Mercer County, June T., 1976, Nos. 17 and 18. Argued November 18, 1977.
