Argued December 10, 1976.

February 2, 1977.

Indictments charging defendant with robbery, criminal conspiracy, weapons offenses, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Before ANDERSON, J. Verdict of guilty on weapons and drug charges and not guilty on remaining charges. Defendant's motions for new trial and in arrest of judgment denied and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1862, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Nov. T., 1975, Nos. 1974 and 1975. Argued December 10, 1976.
