Indictments charging defendant with conspiring to commit burglary, attempted burglary, and unlawful possession of burglary tools. Before GROSHENS, P.J. Appeal, No. 1724, Oct. T., 1973, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, April T., 1972, Nos. 1596 and 1598. Argued December 7, 1973.
