Indictments charging defendant with rape and indecent assault. Before RAUP, J. Verdict of guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 484, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Lycoming County, Nos. 74-10,999, 74-11,101, and 74-11,178. Argued September 17, 1976.
