Indictments charging defendant with rape, burglary and invo luntary deviate sexual intercourse. Before LATRONE, J. Verdicts of guilty and judgment of sentence entered. (Judgment of non pros entered on direct appeal. Subsequent proceedings under Post Conviction Hearing Act and upon approval by the Superior Court, the instant direct appeal nunc pro tunc was filed.)
