Indictments charging defendant with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and possession and delivery of a controlled substance and conspiracy. Before POPOVICH, J., without a jury. Defendant found guilty of all charges and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 573, April T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas, Criminal Division, of Allegheny County, Nos. CC7504717A and CC7504787A. Submitted November 14, 1977.
