Indictment charging defendant with criminal conspiracy, possession of an instrument of crime, and robbery. Before JAMISON, J., without a jury. Finding of guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 2403, Oct. T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Jan. T., 1977, Nos. 321, 322, and 323. Argued June 16, 1978.
