Indictment charging defendant with attempted robbery and conspiracy. Before GARB, J., without a jury. Finding of guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 985, Oct. T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas of Bucks County, No. 508 of 1976. Argued September 13, 1977.
