Before BULLOCK, JR., J., without a jury. Appeal, No. 1833, Oct. T., 1973, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, June T., 1972, Nos. 1330 and 1332. Submitted June 10, 1974.
