Indictment charging defendant with theft by receiving stolen property, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, unlawful possession of a motor vehicle with a defaced serial number and failure to exhibit an operator's license and give identification at the scene of an accident. Before TREDINNICK, J. Appeal, No. 1213, Oct. T., 1975, from order of Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, July T., 1974, No. 2506. Submitted September 8, 1975.
