Criminal proceedings. Rape, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, robbery, simple and aggravated assault, criminal conspiracy, unlawful restraint, indecent assault and terroristic threats. Before DiBONA, J. No. 1505 Oct. T., 1979. Appeal from the judgment of sentence of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County, Criminal-Trial Division, No. 79-02-228-235. Argued September 8, 1980.
