Indictment charging defendant with statutory rape, rape, and corrupting the morals of a minor. Before JOHNSON, J. Appeal, No. 226, April T., 1975, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Criminal Division, of Allegheny County, Sept. T., 1974, No. CC 740 4851A. Argued April 16, 1975.

The record is remanded to the court below with direction to hold a post-conviction hearing to determine the validity of appellant's guilty plea, in the light of the court's rejection of the alleged plea bargain.
