Indictments charging defendant with involuntary manslaughter, recklessly endangering another person, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating beverages, and two violations of the Motor Vehicle Code. Before AVRIGIAN, J. Verdicts of guilty as to involuntary manslaughter, recklessly endangering another person and operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating beverages. Judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 2271, Oct. T., 1978, from Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, Nos. 657-77 and 1147-77. Argued March 20, 1979.
