Indictments charging defendant with two counts of possession of a controlled substance. Before WESNER, J. Finding of guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant also found guilty of summary charge of operation of a motor vehicle after suspension of his operating privileges. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 627 Oct. T., 1978, from Court of Common Pleas of Berks County, No. 76058401-5. Submitted June 12, 1978.
