Indictments charging defendant with burglary, theft by receiving stolen property and theft by unlawful taking. Before ACKER, J., without a jury. Defendant found guilty of burglary following guilty plea and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 548, April T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas of Mercer County, Oct. T., 1976, No. 40. Argued November 18, 1977.
