Indictments charging defendant with burglary, theft by receiving stolen property and theft by unlawful taking. Before ACKER, J., without a jury. Defendant found guilty of burglary following guilty plea and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 548, April T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas of Mercer County, Oct.
