Indictments charging defendant with burglary, theft, receiving stolen property and conspiracy. Before BROWN, J. Verdicts of guilty and judgment arrested as to the convictions on theft and receiving stolen property. Judgment of sentence entered on the remaining charges. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1818, Oct. T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, No. 3430.A-76. Submitted March 31, 1978.
