Indictments charging defendant with burglary, aggravated assault and robbery. Before HABERSTROH, P.J., without a jury. Finding of guilty following guilty plea and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 706, April T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Blair County, No. 1357 of 1975. Submitted November 8, 1976.
