Indictment charging defendant with burglary with intent to commit a felony and robbery. Before GATES, P.J., specially presiding, without a jury. Appeals, Nos. 1215 and 1216, Oct. T., 1971, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, June T., 1970, Nos. 1966 and 1967. Argued December 4, 1972.
