Indictments charging defendant with burglary, attempt to commit theft and criminal trespass. Before MacPHAIL, P.J. Defendant found guilty of burglary and acquitted of other charges. Defendant's motions for new trial and in arrest of judgment denied and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1617, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Bucks County, No. 2340 of 1975. Submitted September 22, 1976.
