Indictment charging defendant with rape, aggravated assault and indecent assault. Before ADAMS, J. Verdict of guilty. Order entered granting motion by defendant in arrest of judgment on charge of aggravated assault and judgment of sentence entered on charges of rape and indecent assault. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 45, April T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Fayette County, No. 272 of 1974. Argued April 16, 1976.

Judgment of sentence affirmed.
