Indictment charging defendant with simple and aggravated assault, assault by prisoner, and recklessly endangering another person. Defendant's motion to quash indictment for assault by prisoner granted and charge of recklessly endangering another person withdrawn. Before GUARINO, J. Verdict of guilty of aggravated assault and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1315, Oct. T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Dec. T., 1975, Nos. 90, 91, and 92. Submitted December 30, 1977.
