Indictment charging defendant with illegal possession of narcotics and dealing in narcotics. Before FIOK, J., without a jury. Appeal, No. 575, April T., 1971, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Criminal Division, of Allegheny County, Feb. T., 1970, No. 1566. Argued November 11, 1971.
