Indictments charging defendant with burglary, larceny, receiving stolen goods, conspiracy to commit burglary, and related offenses. Before HONEYMAN, J., without a jury. Appeal, No. 1033, Oct. T., 1969, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Criminal Division, of Montgomery County, Nov. T., 1967, No. 568. Argued December 8, 1969. Samuel W.
