Proceedings upon motion by Commonwealth to hold defendant in contempt. Before BIGELOW, J. Order entered finding defendant to be in contempt and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 711, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Luzerne County, No. 2255 of 1975. Argued June 15, 1976.

Lewis J. Bott, Assistant Public Defender, with him James M. Reinert, Public Defender, for appellant; Thomas J. Glenn, Jr., Assistant District Attorney, and Patrick J. Toole, Jr., District Attorney, submitted a brief for Commonwealth, appellee.
