Appeal, No. 25, May T., 1969, from judgment of Court of Oyer and Terminer of Dauphin County, September T., 1957, No. 21, in case of Commonwealth v. Charles E. Johnson. Judgment affirmed.

Petition for post-conviction relief. Before HERMAN, J.

Order entered granting petitioner leave to file post-trial motions nunc pro tunc. Motion for new trial filed, and denied. Defendant appealed.
