Indictments charging defendant with burglary, forcible rape, and playfully and wantonly pointing a firearm. Before WILLIAMS, J. Verdict of guilty of all charges and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1331, Oct. T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, June T., 1973, Nos. 447, 449, and 451. Argued September 13, 1978.
