Indictment charging defendant with assault and battery, aggravated assault and battery, assault and battery with intent to murder, playfully and wantonly pointing a firearm, carrying a concealed deadly weapon, unlawfully carrying a firearm without a license, aggravated assault and battery upon a police officer, and unlawfully resisting officer in making an arrest. Before DAVIS, J., specially presiding. Verdict of guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 687, Oct. T., 1978, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, July T., 1972, Nos. 1243 to 1246, inclusive. Argued September 12, 1978.
