Indictments charging defendant with carrying a concealed deadly weapon, carrying a weapon without a license, and attempt with intent to kill. Before LAGAKOS, J. Appeals, Nos. 1052 and 1053, Oct. T., 1972, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, July T., 1971, Nos. 1148 and 1149. Argued September 13, 1973.
