Indictments charging defendant with playfully and wantonly pointing a firearm, aggravated robbery, burglary, and carrying firearms on public streets. Before STOUT, J., without a jury. Appeals, Nos. 505 and 506, Oct. T., 1973, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, May T., 1972, Nos. 2094 and 2095. Submitted December 7, 1973.
