Indictments charging defendant with burglary, assault and battery, aggravated assault and battery, and unlawful possession of burglary tools. Before CAIN, JR., J. Appeals, Nos. 1305, 1306 and 1307, Oct. T., 1973, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Jan. T., 1973, Nos. 1558, 1559 and 1560. Argued December 5, 1973.
