Indictments charging defendant with unlawful possession with intent to deliver dangerous drugs, unlawful possession of a controlled substance and conspiracy. Before SHUGHART, P.J., without a jury. Appeal, No. 68, Oct. T., 1974, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County, Sept. T., 1972, No. 285. Argued March 20, 1974.
