Indictments charging defendant with robbery and aggravated assault. Before LORD, J., non-jury. Finding of guilty as to attempted robbery and aggravated assault, and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1092, Oct. T., 1978, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, May Term, 1977, Nos. 2087 and 2088. Submitted December 4, 1978.
