Indictment charging defendant with theft by unlawful taking or disposition. Before FOREMAN, J. Verdict of guilty on indictment and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 371, April T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Blair County, No. 830 of 1975. Argued November 9, 1976.
