Indictments charging defendant with robbery, conspiracy, and criminal attempt to commit murder. Before GRIFO, J., without a jury. Charge of attempt to commit murder nol prossed and defendant found guilty of robbery and conspiracy following guilty plea and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant's motion to withdraw guilty plea denied. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 472, Oct. T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas of Northampton County, Oct. T., 1976, No. 425. Submitted September 12, 1977.
