Appeal, No. 634, Jan. T., 1970, from judgment of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Nov. T., 1968, Nos. 1667, 1668 and 1669, in case of Commonwealth of Pennsylvania v. Richard M. Howell. Judgment affirmed.

Indictment charging defendant with murder. Before McDEVITT, III, J., without a jury.

Plea of guilty entered; defendant's motion to withdraw guilty plea denied, defendant found guilty of murder in the second degree, and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed.
