Indictments charging defendant with simple assault, aggravated assault, attempted murder, assault by prisoner, recklessly endangering, possession of an instrument of crime and possession of a weapon as an instrument of crime. Before TREDINNICK, J. Demurrers were sustained as to the charges of aggravated assault, attempted murder, recklessly endangering, and both weapons offenses. Verdict of guilty of simple assault only and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1409, Oct. T., 1978, from Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, No. 2520-77. Argued December 6, 1978.
