Indictments charging defendant with aggravated assault and battery, assault and battery, assault and battery with intent to murder and related offenses. Before BRADLEY, P.J. Verdict of guilty of assault and battery with intent to murder, aggravated assault and battery and assault and battery and judgment of sentence entered thereon. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1954, Oct. T., 1975, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, May T., 1975, Nos. 1261 and 1262. Argued March 17, 1976.
