Indictments charging defendant with assault with intent to kill, wantonly pointing a firearm, and violation of the Uniform Firearms Act. Before McGLYNN, JR., J., without a jury. Appeal, No. 1415, Oct. T., 1973, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Aug. T., 1970, Nos. 2386, 2387 and 2388. Submitted December 11, 1973.
