Decisions Pursuant to Rule 1:28.

The six judgments of conviction on the lesser offense of assault by means of a dangerous weapon (Indictment numbers 231-1, 231-3, 231-4 [Horton] and Indictment numbers 232-1, 232-4, and 232-6 [Salley]) are reversed. Judgments shall enter for simple assault on those six indictments and the cases are remanded for reconsideration of sentencing. The remaining judgments of conviction are affirmed.
