Criminal proceedings. Theft by receiving stolen property, violation of the Uniform Firearms Act and unlawful possession of instruments of crime. Before MOSS, J. No. 2170 Philadelphia 1980. Appeal from the judgment of sentence of the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, Criminal Division, No. 2268 of 1979.
