Indictments charging defendant with simple assault and endangering the welfare of a child. Before ZALESKI, J., non-jury. Finding of guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant filed a petition for writ of certiorari in the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia. Order entered denying petition, order by GAFNI, J. Judgment of sentence reimposed. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1737, Oct. T., 1978, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, MC 77-12-1972 and Misc 78-00-3185. Argued March 19, 1979.
