Indictment charging defendant with unlawful possession of narcotics with intent to deliver and contributing to the delinquency of minors. Before KEIM, J. Appeal, No. 133, April T., 1975, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas of Westmoreland County, July T., 1973, Nos 323 and 324a. Argued April 18, 1975.
