T., 1967, Nos. 232, 233 and 234, in case of Commonwealth, acting by and through the Pennsylvania Game Commission, v. Pressley L. Hilliard; Same v. Carl Hilliard; and Same v. Ruth R. Bookser et vir. Orders affirmed; reargument refused February 17, 1969.

Eminent domain proceedings.
