Indictments charging defendant with aggravated robbery, assault and battery, aggravated assault and battery, assault and battery with intent to murder, conspiracy, violation of the Uniform Firearms Act, and related offenses. Before WRIGHT, J. Appeal, No. 1101, Oct. T., 1971, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, May T., 1970, No. 1505. Argued December 4, 1972.
