Commonwealth v. Jamarle Hill
Appeal From: 79 Mass.App.Ct. 1112, 945 N.E.2d 437. The application is denied without prejudice. The case is remanded to the Appeals Court for reconsideration in light of this court's recent decision in Commonwealth v. Barbosa, 461 Mass. 431, 961 N.E.2d 560 (2012). Any party aggrieved by the Appeal Court's decision on remand is free to apply for further review at that time.
